At 18, Neil started building bridges with a local construction company as a carpenter and paving machine specialist for bridges and heavy highway construction. Neil ventured off into building skyscrapers as a crane operator specializing in the mobile crane discipline, running mobile cranes up to 300-ton terrain cranes, building wind farms, nuclear reactors, and other high-value assets. Neil has owned and flipped numerous homes, from a 1923 Victorian home where he had to reconstruct all of the crown molding and baseboards, period-specific, to modern homes today. Neil excelled in leadership, taking control of industry standardization and policy for cranes, building construction, home construction, and OSHA safety standards while working for the world's leading aerospace Aircraft Company. Neil spent the last 12 years developing standards and training for the material handling department of the world's leading aerospace company.
